Introductory class weekly

We just moved to a new location within the same
center! Our lakeside studio in Rancho Santa Margarita is
an oasis of welcoming comfort, with the pleasant sounds
of a trickling fountain, and soft but invigorating music,
with zen-like surroundings. Wear form-fitting but comfortable
exercise wear, go bare-foot or wear socks.

Our trained instructor
will guide you through a very basic Pilates session, starting
with warm up moves targeting the core muscles. Then experience a full-body workout on
the “reformer”, which is a flat bed utilizing
springs and pulleys. It’s fun and challenging!
We recommend our new clients take at least 3 “basic” classes.
The “basic” classes are designed to familiarize
you further with the reformer and the basic movements of
our workout. Then feel free to continue with “basic” classes
until you feel ready to take our regular reformer
classes!
