Introductory Session Client Testimonials About us Contact/Location Brian's Toolbox

We specialize in reformer classes, so be reassured that they are the BEST!  It’s fun working out on your own “reformer” along with other students.  We keep the ratio of students to instructor at maximum 10:1, so there’s plenty of individual instruction in our affordable reformer classes.

DETAILS:
You’ll start each workout with a couple of  “rolldowns” (gentle toe-touch rolls) and then do a few mat exercises to get the core muscles warmed up.  Then follow our workout on the reformer starting with intense leg exercises and eventually invigorating each body part.  The last part of the workout is another short leg workout along with back and side exercises on the reformer.  End with a couple “rolldowns” .  Afterwards, chat with your friends and make plans to see each other at your next class. Make your next appointment at the reception desk and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!!

“Basic” class:
The classes designated below as “B” classes refer to our “basic” classes which are offered at various times on various days. The basic class is a slower, deepening class and brings the movements “back to basics” and all clients may take this class. If you are a newer client, we recommend you take at least three basic classes after you complete your introductory session. If you one of our more advanced clients, “go deep” and see how different it feels to just slooow everything down.
